Nicely maintained
family owned villa over-looking the local 72 par golf course. Situated with easy walking distance of the club
house. Pay-and-play visitors are welcome at approx 50 Euros a round.
Well-kept communal pool, roof terrace, sheltered patio area, and off street parking. Two
minutes from local bars and restaurants.
This two bedroom, two bathroom villa has
an American style lounge/diner. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. All rooms have ceiling
fans and aircon is available.
A fifteen
minute drive from the beautiful blue flag beach of Guardamar on the Costa Blanca. You can choose to picnic among the unspoiled sand
dunes or enjoy the livelier main beach that is patrolled by life-guards.
The town of Quesada is well serviced by local banks, a post office,
shops, bars, restaurants, and a local market. It is
situated to the south of Alicante and surrounded by mountains and salt lakes.
Designer shops and lively entertainment
can be found a short drive away in Benidorm or Alicante. The water-parks in Benidorm and Quesada are open during the summer months.
A quiet location for peaceful sunbathing and relaxing evenings yet convenient for
shops and bars. An ideal location for keen golfers or a family
The villa is ideally situated for everyone
to enjoy all year round.
Help with transport from airport can be arranged from 40 Euros and/or
car-hire can be arranged from 97 Euros per week.

Along with payment
we ask for a £100 holding fee and 47 Euros to be left in cash for the cleaning. The holding fee is in case of breakages,
damage or if the visitor forgets to leave the cleaning fee, but is usually returned at the end of the stay.
