Your accommodation is reserved from 2.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00 a.m. to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.  These times are flexible, but you must email or telephone for agreement first.

The full amount is due on booking unless agreed otherwise.  If paying a deposit the full balance must be made 6 weeks before travel.  If the balance is not paid before this time the booking may be deemed cancelled and deposit forfeit.

We ask for a £100.00 holding fee for breakages or damage.  This will be retuned 14 days after the visit if there is no damage.  The client agrees to pay the owner for the cost of repairing or replacing (owners choice) any item of property, or contents at the villa, which is damaged due to negligence of the client during the occupation. 

This holding fee can also be used as the deposit required to confirm the booking.  In the event of a late cancellation this deposit is non-returnable.

 The owners of Vista Palmeras makes every effort to ensure that the description of the property is accurate. 

In all cases clients will be given a contact telephone number of the local agent who will be available to answer clients questions, and assist in cases where the member of the agency is able to assist. The the owners of Vista Palmeras cannot guarantee that a member of staff will be on call all times of the day, or all days of the week. It is the intention of the agency to provide as much assistance to its clients whilst they are in the Spain as possible.

It is the client's responsibility to make sure that they have received directions and key location before they travel. Normally the client should have received this information 7 days before their stay at the villa commences.

In extraordinary cases the owners reserve the right to change the accommodation booked. In most instances this will be accommodation offered locally in the same area. In all instances where this will be necessary, the client will be contacted as soon as possible. In most cases this alternative accommodation will be an upgrade to the accommodation originally booked. Should the client wish to cancel the original booking the deposit will be forfeit.

A blue sky during the day often means cold nights particularly during the winter months.  Visitors should ensure they have sufficient warm clothing if visiting during this time. 

Electricity, tv signal, and water supplies are not as efficient in Spain as they are in the U.K., or elsewhere in the world, and are often erratic or subject to breakdown. 

Low rainfall may result in an acute shortage of water as it does at home. 

Dogs barking, cockerels crowing and mosquitoes are all a part of the Spanish way of life and are unfortunately unavoidable, take them in your stride and enjoy your holiday!
